Perhaps I've missed it but is there a blank DAK template workbook? My team is looking into the feasibility of other L1 like NHWA to go into DAKs.

Hi Richard, there's not a blank, we usually start with a copy and delete all the existing content. There's a fairly simple one in the NACHC HIV repository: https://github.com/cqframework/hiv-cds/tree/master/input/datadictionary

A blank one would be good though, if you wanted to submit that as an issue to the tooling repository.
