Might it make sense to move this stream to a topic in the omop + fhir stream?

reason to not do that is because we'll eventually get into details which creates spam in the more general topic. We ran into similar situations with other HL7 "sub-efforts" like Da Vinci and it resulted in dedicated streams. Nevertheless, we'll definitely re-post the overall event information to the more general channel.
