Hi all - quick announcement that we will be holding an initial discussion comparing mCODE and the OMOP Oncology CDM during the second half of the OHDSI Oncology Vocabulary meeting this Thursday, October 14. The meeting starts at 1p ET and the mCODE discussion will be at around 1:30p. Hi all - Quick meeting status and announcement:
On 10/14, we held a basic intro to HL7 and FHIR to the OMOP Oncology community.
As a follow-up to our organizational knowledge sharing, on Thursday, 10/28 at 1p ET, will be presenting on current initiatives in OMOP Oncology as well as additional discussions on mCODE alignment with OMOP. This will be helpful for the HL7 FHIR-centric side of our team.

Thanks all who attended today's FHIR-to-OMOP Oncology meeting where we are now doing a deeper dive analysis of @Qi Yang's first pass mapping from mCODE to OMOP CDM spreadsheet. We're working through identifying and triaging structural and semantic gaps as well as determining a process for tracking these gaps and escalating them to the appropriate groups as needed.

Because our meetings are getting deeper into element/vocab analysis, we are moving back to a weekly meeting cadence for now.
