The OMOP Oncology WG had a nice diagram for a hypothetical patient journey which might help to frame the scope of our analysis for FHIR-to-OMOP mappings: https://github.com/OHDSI/OncologyWG/wiki#roadmap.
Would welcome thoughts on this for further discussion in our next sync-up.
