Hello,

The attached items are submitted for a block vote for the Da Vinci PCT (Patient Cost Transparency) IG. These are all January 2022 Ballot Reconciliation tickets ready for FM vote based on the community consensus building process, which occurs on the open Friday PCT calls.

You may withdraw any item from the block vote by responding to this thread with the specific Key for the item you wish to withdraw. The Block vote will be scheduled for the FM call on 4/12/2022.

Pat and I have reviewed and request the following changes:

FHIR-36316 – We request this ticket be pulled and resolved it once the transaction flow is confirmed in FHIR-34952 and the solution can be holistically considered with FHIR-35063, which describes polling.

FHIR-34953 – We request that this ticket be pulled and resolved once the transaction flow is confirmed in FHIR-34952

FHIR-34926 – We request that this ticket be pulled and the resolution changed to “persuasive with mod” to include the language provided by Denise from the comments.

Please pull FHIR-35532 - Resolution calls out defining a Value Set ‘'All-CPT-HCPCS' or 'CPT-HCPCS-all'’. Request the Value Set be named USClaim-Professional-productOrService-Codes to keep the same pattern defined in FHIR-35531, USClaim-Institutional-productOrService-Codes.

FHIR-35208 – clarify if resolution includes only the comment on 3/10 or the additional comment on 3/11

FHIR-35259, FHIR-34963 and FHIR-34786. The resolution of these tickets are dependent on the resolution of FHIR-35058 and then on FHIR-34965.
