I noticed that there are links to some of the existing IHE implementation guides. The links given are out-of-date. There are also more IGs from IHE in Patient Identity management. Note, none of the current IHE implementation guides cover the use-case of $match... But, IHE in the coming months will pickup a new work item to address this kind of use-case Internationally. I have noted in the IHE space that this HL7 IG exists.
