How is everyone modelling theatre events. The times - into and out of theatre, anaesthetic start / end, surgery start end, into and out of recovery. Lloyd has suggested that we use procedure to set surgery and anaesthetic time periods, and a sub-encounter for the theatre visit itself. Has anyone found any alternatives?

We've certainly discussed this before in Patient Care. But I'm not recalling at the moment where that has landed (if it has). Michelle will probably know or can find the references. :)
