We will be discussing this @Matt Printz in the month of July on our conference calls. You can go here (https://confluence.hl7.org/display/CAR/CARIN+IG+for+Digital+Insurance+Card) to get information on when those meetings are being held, the dial-in information, and a preliminary set of agenda items for when we will discuss certain topics including mapping to FHIR.
