Pascal, the representative from SNOMED, adorably and spontaneously nicknamed SNOMED Suzy, talked about a potential opportunity to create a liberally licensed VCI-specific edition/version/package? of just the terms relevant to SMART Health Cards. (I'm waiting to see if the notes help explain further).
