Is there any verifier sdk/library framework available or we can scan it through smart health cards framework only?

Just be sure to ask for the Excelsior Pass Plus QR code. The Excelsior Pass is a different one (Very confusing for users)

We are trying to verify excelsior passes through smart health card framework https://github.com/smart-on-fhir/health-cards-dev-tools but could not verify issuers from this

It should be noted that the health-cards-dev-tools project is for issuers to validate their conformance to the specification, and shouldn't be relied on to validate end-user SHCs.
