Topic: Holder VCs in iCloud/Google Cloud?

For the wallet holders, the credentials are usually stored on their phones. Is there any discussion or guidance on whether the VCs are allowed to be stored on the user's iCloud (iOS) or Google Cloud (Android)?

No guidance at the level of the spec. For many use cases there's a strong benefit of local control and storage, and in that context you'd think about cloud storage only for managing encrypted backups / synchronization across devices.
