A SMART on FHIR Server advertises support for issuing VCs according to this specification by adding the health-cards capability to its /.well-known/smart-configuration JSON file.

Our Open Endpoint is really just a testing purpose for unauthenticated flow. We're still working on the well-known changes, but our "closed" endpoint does have a well-known endpoint available: https://fhir-myrecord.stagingcerner.com/beta/ec2458f2-1e24-41c8-b71b-0e701af7583d/.well-known/smart-configuration

You should say "Authorization-enabled" ("closed" sounds like a bad thing ;-))

good point! we'll use that to clarify going forward . We tend to use "closed" just as a counterpart to "open"
