what vaccine brand is representing ? is if it a medicinal product code it might be one of the vaccineCode.coding....

Beside the name Immunization.manufacturer seems to cover a wider scope (without distinguishing between MAH, IDMP manufacturer and so on...).
If is enough to provide one manufacturer/MAH I'd suggest to represent the MAH with that element.
If we want to enforce the fact that the manufacturer element is used for conveying a MAH an extension might be used just to say that....
