I assume this is a mistake and they should be based on the 'special' IPS ones: https://worldhealthorganization.github.io/ddcc/StructureDefinition-Patient-pre-uv-ips.html and https://worldhealthorganization.github.io/ddcc/StructureDefinition-Immunization-pre-uv-ips.html ?
