I’m working with a provider that sometimes has multiple phone numbers per location, and was wondering if it’s technically kosher to have multiple telecom entries with the same system (in this case, multiple {system: "phone"} entries. It’s not totally clear from reading the FHIR docs whether they should be unique. http://hl7.org/fhir/location.html

It's fine to have multiple contact points of the same type in FHIR

Thanks! FWIW, the right place for this clarification (so far as it might be needed) is probably in the FHIR spec: http://hl7.org/fhir/location.html, but I’m not totally sure it really needs to be explicitly laid out.
