For Epic sandbox and our customers, the default is 5 minutes, but organizations can choose to override that default. I don't expect many organizations will choose to override the default, however.

This is configurable for organizations but it looks like the default is 5 minutes.

Kroger is initially targeting updating the data about every 15 minutes. Longer term, we plan to move to more dynamic and updating individual store data in response to events. We do not have a timeline for delivering the event-driven approach.
