I want to make sure folks know what their "first steps" are this week. Our goal is to meet slot publishers where they are, and through the event work toward consistent support for the Scheduling Links API, identifying issues as we go.

For slot publishers, it might be good to start with a quick status check. I'll create separate topics for each, and @-mention the relevant folks.
