This is the doodle for the request of changing the time for the FAIRNess for FHIR calls.
My suggestion is that any change (if any) will be applied after march 28th when the daylight saving times of EU and US will be aligned.
Let’s agree then case by case how to manage the two weeks after march 14th .

The plan was to work off line on the findability principles in the
