I just glanced at it superficially, and would appreciate a short summary of background and goals. Anyone?

@Mikael Rinnetmäki there is an overview from the WHO here: https://www.who.int/teams/digital-health-and-innovation/smart-guidelines, it is an approach to developing guidelines that includes computable representation as FHIR implementation guides to help streamline implementation.
