I'm seeing some things that are typos proposed for block vote. Anything that's a true Technical Correction doesn't need to be voted at all...

For FHIR-35343 I added a comment on the proposed resolution. If you can make this tweak I am happy to keep this in the block vote. Otherwise I would like to remove this from the block.

For FHIR-35345 I am satisfied with the resolution but would (as I indicated in my comment) still like to understand the use case, because this is a pretty surprising behavior for me.
