I was just about to push the latest but am waiting for Grahame to restart the terminology server. The latest has all the infrastructure needed for me to start revising the measure evaluation content for automated computation, but not the actual content. You CAN get some idea of what that will look like by examining the content of the criteria elements in the http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-saner/Measure-ComputableCDCPatientImpactAndHospitalCapacity.xml.html measure.

After connectathon, we'll probably want to discuss how to distribute the Measure Library content (associated value sets, et cetera).
To simplify things, all the value sets will be available and published on at least one test server, and their expansions will be included with the guide so we can simply focus on testing of the automation logic.

Narrative descriptions for how to create the NHSN Patient Impact and Hospital Capacity Measure are largely finished. My final step for tomorrow is to create the measure. I still have to add something to the measure to support Patient Admitted Yesterday with COVID-19, but that needs a deeper discussion.

Added ComputableCDCPatientImpactAndHospitalCapacity Measure to the build, along with detailed explanation of how it works. It's about 2/3rds to 3/4ths done.
