@Rick Geimer and @Sean McIlvenna : Just a note that using CQL Evaluation of FHIRPath will likely fail because I wrote the measure using FluentQuery expressions for FHIRPath: http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-saner/fluent_query.html

I have an engine that can evaluate that, and eventually when I get it cleaned up, I'll likely try to get that included in the Open source implementation of FhirPath, but I'm not ready to do that yet.
