I don't really like doing announcements, but I figured some folks might be used to our JSON file, and don't really check back on what we (Epic) offer for endpoint publishing. We've recently added FHIR endpoint bundles for our FHIR endpoints (both DSTU2 and R4). You can find the links to those endpoint bundles here: https://open.epic.com/MyApps/Endpoints.

This isn't a search API (yet). It is mostly just a FHIR-based iteration on our JSON file.

Nice! Thanks

Just ran across this last week when I was showing someone the JSON endpoints list -- great stuff!

Nice , thanks. This is very helpful. I found some gaps between credentials & endpoints matchup. Any suggestions on how to find those missing endpoint. Thanks in advance

Do you guys anticipate publishing endpoints with identifiers, like NPPES or CMS CCN identifiers? A material amount of hospitals have similar-ish names, making it kind of hard to confidently match endpoint to facility.

100% agreed -- an array of organizational NPIs in the contained Organization.identifier would be a huge help.

(This came up recently in a real-world example with "Mercy" -- tweaks like adding states to the "name" are nice but only go so far.)

It is common recommendation in Implementation Guides. Getting reality to align with theory is the current problem.

I have a design in progress to add facility NPI and ZIP codes. No promises on timeline though, lots of other higher priority regulatory work going on.

Some IGs that use NPI:
http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-atr/StructureDefinition-atr-practitioner-definitions.html#Practitioner.identifier:NPI http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-atr/StructureDefinition-atr-organization-definitions.html#Organization.identifier:NPI
http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/US-Core/StructureDefinition-us-core-practitioner-definitions.html#Practitioner.identifier:NPI

Also note the use of identifier.type.coding for NPI in http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-atr/RelatedPerson-1.json.html (but identifier.system and identififer.code don't use NPI pattern shown above)
