Hey there, we are trying to map data into Carin BB EOB format. We have a field for "billing provider". Where is the appropriate place to put this?

Is it just EOB.provider? Or is it performing/rendering provider (as part of care team)?

It is the EoB.provider, that is correct. That element has a comment connected to it that says "The identifier assigned to the Billing Provider."
