Logistics:

  • As planned, we will start May 17th and 18th at:
  • 6pm AEST = 9am UK = 4am UTC (event reference time)
  • (see timezone converter table in above document)
  • note: We will commence before the official kick off (May 17, 2021 4:00 PM UTC Connectathon Kick Off)
  • The actual event of testing etc officially spans 2 days (May 18-19 from 9am-5pm UTC)
  • In accommodating our timezone alignment etc, please note the following adjustments:
  • Instead of 8 hour days x2, we will do 2x 6 hour days (17th and 18th)
  • We will have an optional day 3 to finish work / wrap up / write-up / next steps discussion (depending on how we are traveling)
  • This and session times are all outlined in the prep doc schedule
  • Between days 1 and 2, please watch the event kick off (which will be recorded)
