@Michele Mottini I filled out the form for registration on (https://fhir.careevolution.com/Master.Adapter1.WebClient/oauthclients) and I received an ID. So, I have an ID and a secret. Is this ID my Client ID? Are there any other parameters I need to pass to get a token (i.e. scope)?

never mind, I used <https://fhir.careevolution.com/Master.Adapter1.WebClient/GetToken> and got a token... However I am having trouble fetching the listed Patient's Claims, CEPatient, CMSPatitient1, etc.
