Stream: eCR Now FHIR App

Hello everyone... I am new to eCR now app and am just starting to read materials and set up locally. But out of curiosity I wanted to check if this supports multi tenancy. What I meant is... can single instance of this application talk to (integrated with) multiple EHRs? If so, we can plan on setting up single instance in cloud that integrated with varilus on-premise EHRs.
Any suggestions are appreciated!

Yes eCRNow supports mutl-tenancy.
