Hi Nagesh,
What is currently under consideration for new ways to send the eCR document to APHL AIMS?
1) Support for FHIR push? (assuming AIMS will support receiving FHIR push?)
2) Support for IHE ITI-41 with a SAML security section?
I'm assuming a FHIR push has the highest priority?
Has the eCR Now app been approved by Cerner or any other vendor?

For #1 : We are planning to test out the eICR FHIR IG "Submit" RESTful PUSH Transaction at the Connectathon. There is a project to bring up the FHIR APIs on the APHL Aims Platform eventually.
For #2: We can discuss the use of IHE ITI-41 as another possibility at the Connectathon.
I cannot address anything specific to vendor plans.
