Trying to get some clarity around what actions are expected when receiving a Reportability Response from the eCR Now App.
- We've heard we need to 'attach responses to a patients chart' - would adding to a document inbox be acceptable?
- Are there actions a provider needs to take upon receiving a reportability response?
- Are there regulatory requirements for providers to respond to these reports?
