In practice, when the Ordering Provider posts a Task to the Rendering Provider, will the Task.focus be a reference to a resource on the Ordering Provider's FHIR server? If so, will that reference be relative or absolute?
As the Rendering Provider, I'm wondering how we would be able to resolve the reference to a full URL.

It has to be absolute, doesn't it?

That would make sense to me. I wasn't sure if that constraint is documented somewhere though.
