The implementation guide at http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-epdx/artifacts.html#structures-resource-profiles lists (and links) two ExplanationOfBenefit profiles described as The PDex ExplanationOfBenefit (EOB) profile is provided to enable payers to express Prior Authorization information to members and The PDex Prior Authorization (PPA) profile is based on the ExplanationOfBenefit resource and is provided to enable payers to express Prior Authorization information to members
