What is the MedicationDispense intent search parameter in the CapabilityStatement? This sounds as something that belongs to MedicationRequest, not MedicationDispense.

There is no MedicationDispense or MedicationRequest in a Formulary workflow. Perhaps the question is about PDex proper. @Mark Scrimshire ?

There are multiple:
SHALL patient+intent
SHOULD patient+intent
SHOULD patient+intent
SHALL patient+intent+status
which seem as copy-paste from the US Core MedicationRequest server's CapabilityStatment.
