Hello,
I am trying to figure where I could get the Diff/Change notes between IG Version 1.0.0 and IG version 0.1.0. Can somebody please point me to the location/link for the same. Thank you in advance. @Saul Kravitz @Corey Spears

An autogenerated diff can be found from a link in the QA Report. For the particular version of Plan-net, you can find that here: https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-pdex-plan-net/comparison-v0.1.0/index.html
I am not sure a comprehensive set of change notes are usually kept between a ballot and a published version.

QA Report is at the bottom of every IG generated by the IG Publisher. Look for the "QA Report" link at the bottom.

Does that mean comparison exercise was not completed for that resource? If so, then is there any other way to perform this in an automated fashion?

I am not sure. The diff generator is still a work in progress and won't catch everything. Also the original balloted plan-net IG was a very early draft. My understanding is that a lot changed and it took over a year to publish. I am not sure there is much more that can be found in regards to documented changes.
