For officially published Questionnaires like https://fhir.loinc.org/Questionnaire/93025-5 -- has there been thinking about how to attach some consistent metadata (e.g., a tag, code, or usageContext) indicating "SDOH"? This could be helpful when supporting (chained) search from QuestionnaireResponses (e.g., clients looking to answer questions like "what questionnaire responses have been submitted for questionnaires about SDOH")

(The alternative is to assign tags to the QuestionnaireResponses to support queries like this, which has the advantage of not imposing any upstream requirements on Questionnaire publishers.)
