The Vulcan RWD (ConMeds) team has been evaluating how to process EHR data for conversion into CDISC SDTM Concomitant Medications. The reason for the post is to mention that during this process we identified some potential issues with the mappings. I won't divulge all that information here but will add them in JIRA in the near future.
