Is this work going to build on top of the biomedical concept work? The scope of FHIR is broader than the traditional CDISC models (operational versus reporting models) so I'd be interested in knowing if we can meet in the middle a bit, E2C focused on the inevitabilty of mapping of data already collected, where end to end might be an interesting angle

I believer the intention is definitely to build on what exists. I don't think the intention is to find a home for all FHIR data in CDISC, but I would expect all CDISC data to have a home in FHIR.

Thanks, I understand completely. I think it's very complementary - we've been primarily focused on the outcome or results, with the execution details a little anciliary.
