I wonder why the snapshot view for the Plan-Net Network is not showing the Organization.telecom element? Is that for purpose?

There is contact.telecom
Telecom is constrained to 0..0.

I recall the thinking being that one might contact the organization managing the network, but not the network itself.

Contact-availabletime is about the contact.
AvailableTIme is about the service itself.

In regards to a HealthcareService for example the service type mentions:
328 Eating Disorder Eating Disorder
331 Employment And Train Employment And Training
344 Food Food
345 Food Vouchers Food Vouchers
352 Grief Counselling Grief Counselling
366 Household Items Household Items
400 Pain Pain
409 Postnatal

in such scenarios how is AvailableTime valid at service level?
