I noticed that the Da Vinci PDex Plan Net IG version 0.1.7 ( http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-pdex-plan-net/downloads.html) does not include the following Structure Definition: extension-location-boundary-geojson - It seems the StructureDefinition for the extension http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/location-boundary-geojson isn't included in the ImplementationGuide package. I downloaded it separately from http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/extension-location-boundary-geojson.json.html to make my validation pass. Has anyone faced a similar problem?

If there is way to specify this dependency explicitly somewhere in the IG to facilitate subsequent download, please tell me and I'll do my best to squeak it in.
