Topic: Allergy Reaction Value Set

I noticed that the value set for allergy reactions is different when you compare USCDI (2.16.840.1.113883.3.2074.1.1.30) with C-CDA R2.1 (2.16.840.1.113883.3.88.12.3221.7.4). How can I get an update for this value set included in the next Errata?

(http://www.hl7.org/Special/committees/structure/listserv.cfm) Another suggestion is to move this topic to the CCDA / FHIR mapping stream for reporting alignment issues.
