Hello hive minds, I am working on HL7 messages streaming use case wanted to know exploring on the data format ( avro / parquet / protobuf ) to choose for storage in streaming use case so that my downstream systems can easily do some analytics and processing . Also considering high volume of data to be received in streams. Do you have any recommendation ?
