Who is the HL7 v2 'product owner/director', if there is such a role for v2 ? (for FHIR, it's Grahame, but who has that role for v2?)

As far as I know, there is no such thing as a v2 product director. Frank Oemig and I are the current co-chairs of the v2 Management Group and InM is the methodology WG (so their co-chairs may be relevant too).
