Is there an MS Word document template somewhere for V2 messaging Implementation Guides? We want to write our own custom IG for internal use and just need a starting point.

There isn't a Word template but I think Rob Snelick developed an outline of sections in the IGAMT authoring tool. Personally, I'm partial to the structure of the immunization IG (http://www.hl7.org/implement/standards/product_brief.cfm?product_id=490)
