I am working on HL7 messages streaming use case wanted to know exploring on the data format ( avro / parquet / protobuf ) to choose for storage in streaming use case so that my downstream systems can easily do some analytics and processing . Also considering high volume of data to be received in streams. Do you have any recommendation ?

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. Can you clarify what "streaming" means with respect to HL7 messages (presumably v2 messages given where you posted the question). Are you looking to archive v2 messages as they are received to do analytics later in time?
