Hello,
I see in the patient's list IG that the initial use case is for read-only access. I am interested in a use case that allows read/write against the Patient(person) Access API. Does anyone have any suggestions?

that is not what this stream is about. This stream is about lists of patients.. not a list for the use by a patient.... at least that is my understanding of this stream

Thanks, I am mostly interested in ANY resource that has "universal" read/write.
