Unfortunately I have an unavoidable conflict during the Scheduled time for the next several weeks and I would like to propose rescheduling the Patient List call at least for the the next 2 or 3 calls. Below is a simple poll to see which times folks would prefer:

Re Scheduling: After some initial input on the feasibility of alternate times, we have decided to:

1. Keep the same time (Wednesday 1PM Eastern)

• SUCCESS!! Summary of FHIR-I Discussion re Group v LIst:(FHIR-27083)
  • “Top Cover” Got the blessing that Group is the appropriate resource to use.
    • Document this use in FHIR R5 to Group scope
    • No merging or renaming of resources
    • Need to clearly document that Patient Lists use Group resource and ignore the List resource
• Continue Scope discussion:
  - Decide on what is in or out…
  • In
    - expose existing EHR lists
    - discovery of existing EHR lists
  • On the Bubble
    - Getting other data about the lis members
    - Creation of User maintained lists
    - Filtering lists using categories
    - Nominate a default list? ( as part of discovery ?)

• API would allows user-facing apps to:

  1. Discovery of user-facing lists

  - Search on existing list using very limited set of parameters such as "location characteristics" (for system-maintained lists) or Practitioner (for user-maintained list)
  - [? identify a "default list"]

  2. Fetching the List allowing app to enumerate members of a user-facing list
  3. Provide a framework to convey details about the members of a list

• Out of scope: write (create/manage) a patient list by explicit membership

I have updated the Connectathon 26 Argonaut Patient List track description:

• With links to the guide for background and descriptions
• uploaded complete set of test data to both the FHIR HAPI test Server and "Grahame's Server"
• test is available as downloads of FHIR Transaction Bundles as well.
• Included several Postman API examples for each of the use cases. for example

In preparation for next week, I've updated the Argo PL Demo Client App to use the Appointment and Encounter Extensions. It is also using the Argo test data on the HAPI FHIR server. If you would like me to test it out on your server, let me know.
