sounds better than me hand editing the saner test plan markdown given copy-paste from your UI... I hope that we can do better in the coming months

I am trying to align your test step identifiers with the content in the test plan... so that it is clear what has a test and what a human must do

Keith accepted my pull request, but didn't hook it to anything. So I don't think you can navigate to it. when I make my next pull request I will add links. I think from a new volume XXIII
