In case anyone else is interested... I'm loading some of the SANER IG's example instances onto https://hapi.fhir.org/baseR4 so that I can test against a live FHIR server installation and retrieve the MeasureReports.

Hi Sean, I'm also keeping the COVID HAPI server that James put up ( https://covid19-under-fhir.smilecdr.com/baseR4/ ) updated with the most recent example data (it updates on commits from the generation tool).

understood they are both equivlant on the example data... but lets go forward with only one. James setup the one for the covid tracks.

plus, then I only have one server to look at for test results.. not both hoping to find the right test results ... and audit logs
