I'm looking for Value Sets that have been created for Postal Codes for different countries. I have a system url for the coding system for US (from the HL7 OID registry), and for postal codes Germany (found through Simplifier). Are there value sets or coding systems defined elsewhere for postal codes in other countries?

Belgian postal codes are available. but only in xls at the moment
