And now for CDC Measure Reports: https://schema.org/docs/cdc-covid.html -- this is what it looks like to keep things simple. Just allows direct reporting of CDC measures on a hospital's web site.

It's not clear to me that hospitals will be willing to publish these data openly, but I kinda hope they will.
