I'm having a hard time finding examples that demonstrate more than one data element for the Encounters group... Most everything I've found only has a value for "numC19HospPats", and "unsupported" for all other values (such as numC19MechVentPats, numC19HOPats, etc.)

The sample data on the COVID HAPI server should be updated. Fixed an issue last night that was causing the MeasureReports to skip fields that didn't have a measure-population code (and only the first in each group had it)

There are a bunch of examples with values in all the fields. There should be 30+ daily reports and you could plot the trajectories, if you really wanted to.
